The 60-year-old unique children’s book character Nijntje was created by the Dutch artist Dick Bruna in 1955. Since then it has enchanted everyone.
Nijntje is internationally recognised as Miffy.
THIS YEAR is Miffy’s birthday
Last June Miss Miffy celebrated sixty years of existence. Netherlands celebrates all year around. Even the House of Miffy from 2006 is getting a revamp. Then it opens as a museum in December. Check the official site here
