Humphrey’s Restaurant on Friday Internations event was excitingly inviting me to pose to the artistic eye of Gisa Muniz.
Every section of the place was surprising. The extravagant decoration took my imaginative mind back to 1925 of The Great Gatsby novel and Paris, with lots of hanging crystal chandeliers and candles.
The atmosphere was perfect, so I couldn’t stop posing.
Great self-portrait, Happy Halloween photo! This was captured during a moment of confusion; we heard a noise coming from the circular object that one would assume is the moon, right?
We were uncertain whether the sound was samba or salsa. Nevertheless, we do not know the answer as we were preoccupied with posing for the camera!
I have heard that non-locals enjoy celebrating Halloween; indeed, it is true. I, for one, love it, and it is a great opportunity to socialise!
I recently joined Internations and met some extraordinary individuals, including skilled professionals and experts.
We may need to be proficient in Dusomeday’s language, but there is no greater pleasure than gathering in a comfortable location, which is unlike bars, restaurants or bistros. Although English is the common language, you will encounter people from all over the world. At times, we engage in conversations with someone from our native country or another individual who is eager to share their travel experiences.
