  • Autumn falls

Autumn has arrived and the surroundings have transformed into stunning orange-pink tones from once being abundant with greenery. Despite climate change, mid-month temperatures hover around 20 to 23 degrees Celsius, creating an ideal environment for outdoor activities. Recently, I attended a Brazilian consulate event and then proceeded to a social gathering at “Samba de Quintal,” where I savoured the enchanting voice of Heloise Baylão and mastered the art of crafting the delectable Brazilian dish, “Escondidinho.”

“Escondidinho”, well how to transplante it to English, means something hidden. The dish has as base mashed potato, mincemeat and various toppings on choice but all done in the Brazilian way. The recipe was carefully explained by Cristina owner of the delightful cuisine Bom Sabor do Brasil .

Furthermore, this month spooky events are coming up and I will be attending like Internations Halloween party in Utrecht.

For now it is all and I see you again soon.

  • Lost in translation

Since moving to Europe and the UK, I’ve noticed that my Portuguese has picked up many foreign words. It’s interesting how my thoughts and dreams have become more international, but my inner self remains true to who I am. I love exploring different cultures and meeting new people, each with their own unique quirks.

One of my favorite topics to write about is culture, as it brings me a lot of joy. Although I’m only able to keep up with fashion, art, music, and dance seasonally, I learned during a Fashion Marketing course in London that attending events is the best way to stay current and inspired.

Recently, I’ve attended some fantastic events, including my beloved Brasileirice. It’s been a pleasure sharing highlights of my social experiences with you, but that’s all for now.I sort of am a bit, yeah. My mother tongue Portuguese has somehow been introduced to various foreign words in between my speech since I moved to Europe and UK.

My thoughts and dreams have become all international, but my inner has genuinely remained.

I love culture, and writing about it makes me happy. Meeting people fascinates me, and with it comes along peculiarities.

Fashion, art, music, and dance are topics that amaze me seasonally, but I certainly cannot keep up.

One thing I learned when attending a Fashion Marketing course in London is that going to events gives me everything.

Here are some highlights of my late socials and my Brasileirice, of course! That is all about it for now.
