    It is always a great feeling when you complete a learning journey.
    The fashion styling role is overwhelming when you reach the final artwork. The path from idea to a concept is a mix of emotions.
    Somehow, along the way, distraction occurs with all the inspirational content. Focus is needed to summarise it and develop into a sophisticated piece.
    Teamwork, understanding and collaboration are essential. Not to mention, an open-minded attitude.

    Apple sophistication: the statement bag

    This statement by Happy Genie combines sophistication with sustainability.

    Last Monday I visited Soul Salon fashion trade show in Amsterdam. After my shot of inspiration by fashion magazines, I was up for more of it. So as expected, up front was this glamorous bags made from apples by Happy Genie. It’s luxurious and multi-use. It’s designed by Tanja Schenker in Switzerland and produced in Italy.

    Happy Genie is the first to come up with this concept. It has the texture of leather and it’s hand-painted. The front compartment is a clutch bag so this is a two-in-one bag. Genie!!!
