I still can’t forget my romantic break in Limburg. Right now I am having a delicious cup of coffee and this memory came into my mind. After walking almost 9 km surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, I finally tried a slice of this delightful fully caloric pie The Limburgse Vlaai. It is called as such because it is typical from de province of Limburg, south of Holland.

The days passed so quickly last week while on a short break in Limburg at one of the Fletcher hotels.
As wished the weather was brilliantly sunny. 
The surroundings were wonderful for great walks. Being crazy about castles, I could not expect more then getting inside it for a luxurious dinner with my dearest boyfriend so that I could admire the fantastic interior. The dinner was a surprise, we didn’t know which dishes were about to come. It was median delicious if I may be honest but I still recommend!
